old and wrong information. India's per capita income is already over 1500 dollars. The writer seems to be ill informed.

Its time to get these rats out of Maharashtra. I see a point in Raj Thackerays statement. Its the Bihari and UP muslims, which have caused terrorist attacks.
As far as the Hindu population of UP and Bihar, they are self destructive because of the caste system. May GOD bring wisdom to these two states.
Maharashtra always the elite Konkani muslim caste. We have a bad name because of the bihari and up lower caste muslims

U cant compare the wealth of few thieves and many farmers. Pak is like a thief.
Just feel not fare to compare smaller states on basis of per capita income with population 1/4th or even less with states such as UP with population of nearly 20 crore, not to say that all is good in UP or governance is good there. Feel that because of easily available fertile land for ages population increased unchecked otherwise UP would have been number 1 or 2.
i can see some states where the govt. and people are interested in development: gujrat, uttrakhand, haryana, delhi, tamilnadu, karnataka and maharashtra. all other states doing tp.. govt. telling ppl. are culprit and ppl. telling their givt. is culprit. basic funda is ppl. not interested otherwise no givt. can rule against its ppl.

10 years are the worst years for maharashtra and people are not revolting against the bad govenanace. Reason being options are either slow death or hang till the death.

and over 30% of indian slums and 15% of india's poor people.. The money the industries produce is at the cost of exploitation of people suffering from poverty. I hope Mumbai can never become stylish Bombay.. .They are plagued in dirt, filthiness and jam packed .U can plant 1000 bombs every yr yet the people will never leave and never care for the dead or security in Mumbai.
