I can feel happy for a moment to see this MNP and I want to change for my own connection as I am fed up with my server - Airtel - but the figures shows that people are fed up with all the servers. People are moving out and coming in in all the servers but no one is absolutly above board. Gone are the days when the concept was - work is worship and to serve the customer was considered a pious work but today customer is just a number and server has an army of customer care executives. They have no stake either in the job nor with the customer.I have experienced with Airtel that the CCE will enter the complaint and just after some time he will close it by writing \"Resolved\". In govt offices,BSNL etc I know that there is a line from lineman to SDO to high up whom u can meet n complaint but in these Airtel etc u r just one number. But BSNL etc feel super as they r govt people and none can touch them.In the present set up the could have earned lot of goodwill but they won\'t. I am breaking my head almost every month with Airtel but they are unshaken. They are taught to speak sweet and write sweet but nothing more than that. They are not anserable to any one - neither in their set up nor to the customer. I can only pray God Bless Them all because they don\'t know what harm they are doing to the society.

RCom Bad experince
by sanjay on May 05, 2011 01:27 PM

Before MNP check with your friends of the network coverage of the new operator in your office and resi building. I shifted to Rcom just because they had a store in my office building . the problem now is RCOm does not have any network close to my building all my callers gets the message this number is unreachable. I complained to RCom they have given me a ticket no 151521605 but in spite of 3 weeks on they could not solve the issue.

So be carefull on RCOM they advertise indias no 1 network But they are good for nothings. I will have to wait for 90 days to shift out.On top of that they put thier ad on my caller tune.

All operators are alike
by exit reality on May 04, 2011 11:52 PM

I have tried with all of the mobile operators in India. All are alike and they survive and get new connections mainly because of the advertisement.
BSNL problem is with their old employees who are not going to change their attitude. They are still like the govt employees. One has to visit their customer care centers N number of times for anything. Incomplete answers, staff on leave and nobody for doing the service etc are the normal response from them. But BSNL can be trusted than other vendors, since they are not looting...
