Why RBi is not taking steps to rewgularise the salary of common clerks/cashiers in Pvt. Banks. They get half the salary/facilities what the same people get fr. nationalised Banks. I think there should be some steps taken in this regard also. Top management executives are already drawing salary. Hence RBI should give more emphasis on lower ranked executives like Exct.1/2 etc.These are the people who work day & night.99% paper works are done by these lower ranked executives. But they derive very little. Hence RBI should have a look into this matter also at the earliest.
The RBI officials are well aware, that employees of pvt banks are only looking for business to earn incentives, not bothered the credentials of the borrowers.
