Fremji's Vipro is like Municipality, they have only Testing projects & Netwrongking projects, in the history so far they delivered Billions of Failed Projects in the GULF countries alone.
vipro is king of delivering failed projects to Gulf Countries.
According to wipro its legal to deliver failed Projects & bill to Customer.

TCS and almost all big IT companies resort to recruitment by network of it's employees friends normally within own caste or on linguistic basis. Tamils will select tamils only, brahmins have highest & efficient network and find jobs very easily, no interview nothing

Anywhere, you will see this due to the individuals preferences/politics and not due to company policies. This article is more or less correct in every sense. TCS has grown organically through decades unlike anyother s/w company. It is much more flexible than any other Indian IT company and much reasonable too. Though they are primarily a services company, they invest good amount in R&D; Pune TRDDC is one such establishment that is purely for R&D purpose.

This is wrong information. Both my technical and the HR interview was taken by Non Muslims. i got selected and so did my twin bro got selected from the same college . A total of 66 students were selected from 500. If it had to do something with caste i wouldnt have been selected. So stop critizing TCS for things which it doesnt do. if people dont have the baility to get into a good company then they only start such rumours

You also become a forward caste then. Forward case people are brilliant. They have won Nobel Prizes (CV RAMAN, Subramanian Chandrasekhar, Venkataramanan Ramachandran, SN Bose, Meghnad Saha, JC Bose etc. They are professors at prestigious US and Indian universities.

Its not a fault of the "Forward Cast" if they are better and brighter than you in all areas needed to get a job in TCS. Same is the story with all places of repute. Next you'll complain why forward castes get the majority of the top 100 seats in IIT's every time ? Sorry dude - life's not that simple always. As far as i am concerned - all quotas everywhere should be BANNED. Let everyone get a level playing field - be it a woman, dalit , religious minority or the so called "Upper Caste" whose merit based career progress is incidentally more difficult because of these reservations and quotas.

I agree with your comment about why fwd caste persons get the best jobs. But I disagree with your comment on reservations/quotas. Reservations/Quotas should be balancced with Open quota. They are provided for the upliftment of backward caste/suppressed generations. Caste system is compleely a different topic but the gist is centuries ago Hindu vedic society created the caste system that was a curse to our nation. Since then a sectin of citizens were supressed, they were denied of education, health care even accessing temples. So definitely it is the responsiblility of fwd caste ppl to bring them back on par with them.
such as asking employees to deposit their passport and degree certificates with the company while on assignment abroad. This is not only unethical but illegal. No wonder all ex-TCS people hate their former employer while ex-Infosys people are the happy customers of Infosys.

I'm an ex-TCSer. It never asked me for such things. Like any other big IT company, it asked to write a bond that I'll serve for atleast 6months after I go back to India and there are ways to break it. FYI, I had a lot of issues with TCS while I was with it, only later I slowly realized whatever TCS did to me was not fully incorrect and how other big IT firms are relative to TCS. let me tell you one thing with my own experience and my friends experience who joined other big Indian IT firms..TCS is a much better company than the other big IT services firms
They have ability to create and deliver world class prodcuts and services to the international market. most of indian company are too narrow minded. counting their profit. Tata look at future. long term need. they have vision that enable them to see the future need. they keep their finger on customer's lulse. thats how TCS has become such a big gaint. Look at the amount of wealth and jobs it has created for indian society. well done TATA.

Mr. Manoj Kumar, which world class product are you talking about? Though Indians take pride about their software industry, there is not a single well known software product from any Indian software company. Their is nothing world class about the services either. Developed countries use these software companies because they provide cheap labour.

You have very aptly chosen the title of Logical Error because whatever you say are full of errors.
TCS is primarily a services company. There are many products TCS has which are coupled with services they offer for the sectors and they are highly popular.
Just because you are ignorant of the same, it does not mean TCS does not have a single well known software product.
