The Congress is worried about the good work that Mr.Nitish Kumar is doing in Bihar.They also know they cannot counter him with Diaper Baba Rahul.They are trying their best to put adverse made-up stories on Mr.Nitesh Kumar.
The deficit has remained below the acceptable levels. SO, why the screaming headline that "all is not well????" Why there is no comparative information on the deficit and non-plan expenditure of other states? Without comparative numbers, how could the author reach the conclusion? is it based on Central Govt. spending? Last but not the least, How much was paid for this article & title?

well, you know rediff, what else u expect from a paid mouth piece of Congress? Rediff buys articles from Reuters or writes them if paid well by Congress.

Most of the media is controlled by Congis.. and Rediff too.. the title is definitely misleading.. rather I would say Maharashtra's finances are much worse than Bihar... but still this is congis policy to talk about Gujarat, Bihar, MP and other BJP ruled state.. congis u r out of govt in next election however hard u people try....

Why India?? Bihar would have been much better if "India" had not looted our resources for 5 decades. Even today, if we gain independence, may be we will suffer for 10 years, but after that we will be far better than India.

Its just because its non congress Gov and Nitishji is doing good.. media is trying to find faults....other wise congress run states are in deep finanace trouble and maharashtra is leading in that... with no roads and infrastructure....Just stop the pro congress propoganda

100% agreed. Congress pays media heavily to hide its rampant corruption and to hype relatively insignificant faults of BJP and other non congress parties.
On the contrary most non congress parties including BJP do Not believe in bribing media heavily for its propaganda. Congress believes in having Media and Govt agencies in its firm grip.
