South means it includes Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andhra, kerala. The rich people are in Tamilnadu and karnataka...kerala is not all that corrupt. India is not going to improve because of corruption flowing in from South and Maharashtra. There is no doubt about the fact that all the corruption in India today is due to South India and Maharashtra. The list is very huge: Dawood Ibrahim, Suresh Kalmadi, Sharad Pawar, Bhujbal, A. Raja, Karuna, Stalin, Kanimozhi, Yeddy, Reddy, Telgi, RamLingRaju. Unfortunately nothing can be done about it because marathi and southie genes are corrupted because they have defective DNAs. Best is to shift anything which is important to the nation to North India, Hindi states.

if u say abt the dnas of south ndians and maharshtrians then what abt the dnas of the people from up and mp there dna is full of violence and thats why the rapes,murders and all the criminal activities and the caste system is at peak in these states.so the people come in mahrashtra and carry on their criminal activities which is in their blod.

No fancying for no 1 position...India badly lag on infrastructure in urban and suburban areas.unless it is improved..no use being in the top-spot..only pollution and congestion occur.
