Mr Rakesh Misra has done research....I agree.!! But PSU Insurance companies like New India have DENIED me " transfer of NCB " from my old car to my new one.....by " cooking up " some claim and " perhaps pocketing the NCB Value "..
When I asked them to " show proof " of paying me any claim....they simply kept quiet and I am yet to get any letter from New India about my ' due money '..... Looks like, one of their surveyors and perhaps their Agent handling my policy have POCKETED the NCB money by raising some " fake " claims " .... on my old car.......
