See in India if a Bangladeshi enters in India he will get ration card, voter card and troublefree place so that you can get 1 child every year for a total of 10-12 so that all enjoy benefits that are put by Indian taxpayers
understand that US respects talent and goes out of its way to recognize and give opportunities for talented people. Most of US might is built by talents from around the world who migrated there and this is another such step to attract more talents. We call India an IT super power, the real IT super power is US. All operating systems, search engines, computer languages, software tools etc come from US companies like Microsoft, Google, Adobe, IBM, Apple etc, not from Infy, Wipro, TCS. Why? Not because Indians cant develop these software, infact it is a lot of Indians who are developing these software at Microsoft, Google, Adobe etc. When you launch photoshop application see how many Indian developer names are visible there. The entire database which runs facebook was built by two Indians. The reason is in India you dont get opportunities even if you have an idea unless you have loads of money to bribe babus, where as in US all you need is just an idea to succeed and the entire system queues up to make you realize your dream.
i am sure idea mobile company ambassador abisheikh can give more ideas to america and then tell them to buy idea! What an idea sir ji, Oh have they gorgotten about their giving VISA to moon to Indian ISRO!
USA has a huge deficit running into trillions of dollars so this sort of a visa seems to be a desperate attempt to lure some brainy guys to cook up some new innovative scheme with which they can make money and who knows one of them might help them to reduce their deficit

As long as there is demand for US dollars world wide, they can simply keep printing more and more dollar notes and use it to fill their deficit. Its a major military power and one major military move by US can get it rid of all its economic backlogs. Just look what it recently did, it devalued US bonds held by China by 50% and what did China do to oppose, nothing. Why do you think they give out billions of dollars in aid to other countries if it itself is in huge deficit. The world economics is dictated by US, and all other countries run by it. If any other country had faced the collapse of banks which US saw recently that country would have gone bankrupt. See how easily US bailed out all those banks.

Just look at the number of patents and inventions done every year and see which country ranks first. US is what it is because of its respect for talent and opportunities it gives to talents. Moves like this attract even more talents to US. Imagine how difficult it is to start a startup company in India, in US you can get it done within an hour and that too online.
If I can secure $100,000 for my start up, I can very well operate it from India online, why need a 2 year visa?
This startup act of 2011 is more like a US Beggar Act of 2011, wherein they want foreign brains to invest in US as startups to reduce the unprecedented employment gap.
But they only want those startups that work, not good ideas, good money.
After the blatant increase in h1b fee this is the next direct act of beggary.

If person A goes to the house of person B, whom do you call a beggar, person A or B? How many people go to a beggar's home if a beggar calls? US is what it is today because of the huge respect talents get there. Which is why you find talented people from all over the world going to this country. Why dont people from other countries migrate to Pakistan or Bangladesh?

Have you every tried to secure $100,000 for your startup in India? If you really have a great idea you will have 100 investors queuing up to fund you in US. In India you can hardly find one or two and even they will want to become majority share holders in your company to own it, unlike in US where investors remain mere investors (See Facebook for instance)
I want to employ five Americans who are privy to top secret information and sell the information to wikileaks and other interested parties. I am sure it is going to generate a lot of revenue.
