If one is not corrupt ,he is not matured- Many India Inc captains works with this theory. Why Many, in fact all Industrialists think like this only. The chain of corrupt employees stem from top and trickles down to bottomest level across Industries not even haved spared so called " Knowledge based Technology driven company" Some sanity might be ushering and therefore, so much churning is coming or It might be an action on part of Industrialist to show them clean.

Corrupt means Who makes black money Who shuns duties and accountabilities Who connives with MDs to cheat customers Who alloys inhumanity in society Who does not support Right person and places right person at right position with righ authority. Who finds ways to milk company resources for his own well being without any interest for company growth.

Its only in IT where people JUMP , in other sectors its very lesser, the reason being,other sector highly specialised area and more lesser options and needs great deal of time to get adjusted and more satisfaction.

Only people like Satyam become victimised because somebody in the IT industry got jealous of Satyam growth. In England it is said "Behind every work of fortune there is an act of crime". True, very true, corruption rules India

Satyam is not one off case. In fact ,we should salute Raju for speaking out his conscience. This is everywhere. Infact ,Indian system is like Satyam.
