UPA had never cared for poor / middle class of people. Else they could reduce tax burden since 10 years back. They are now starting champaign of election by miss-guiding the people through budjet tool. Now its time to pull down the UPA sonia & Mamta into soil for ever.
Mamta's sop is aiming at the Election in Bengal.The free bees should be limited to poor/ orphans attending schools and colleges. Nowadays most students have enough money to buy fancy mobile phones and other gadgets and even more money to spend chatting on their mobiles for hours. Why should the entire tax payers money be wasted for such spoiled brats?

That is well said. All girls dont need this sop. It should be limited to those who are of low income families with a rider that the family should not have more than 2 kids. We are tired of subsidizing so many fancy & harebrained schemes!
i remember girls being issued a Rs0/- ticket quaterly even from the year2002. this was for girls uptill std 12 in mumbai!!and i think boys was free till std 10. so how is this different? that it is not limited to mumbai?, but they still had to get in forms form school and get Rs 0/- season passes
no students takeout ticket for local train journey; Instead if some TCC dared to catch them then they do strike; mamta thought same in the whole country...
It is very surprising that these Ministers are thinking about the common man means 5% of Govt servants and few MLA, MP's & Ministers which they are getting pay hikes. Due to the 6th pay commission, 5% got the huge increase of salary accordingly MLA & MPs increased their salary.Further they allowed Oil companies to increase the price whenever they want. It meant, govt thinking the common man means this govt staffs(secured job) only. They deliberately forgetting the fate of rest of majority of people comes under jobless or survive with small income through pvt sector. They are not getting any benefit through any pay commission instead they are forcing to dance as per price increase.To eye on Bengal election, this minister announced free tickets to girls. Again the burden to the common man only
