Do they expect J&K to flourish when it is virtually a foreign country for Indians? Under Art 370 of the Constitution, no one but a Kashmiri can own property in J&K. Under these conditions how do they expect anyone to start a business in J&K. Make a level playing field and see. When Kashmiris are ensured jobs in their own state, let us see how many of them resort to stone pelting.
