only 30 million people in India pay taxes. the budget should have levied tax of 1-2% on 1-1.5lac slab. rest could have been same. it could have helped india earn additional 50-100k crores of money. subsidy on diesel should have been subtracted & a proportion of that should have been given on petrol as majority of vehicles run on Petrol. A proposal of kisan Shopping Malls where in farmers can directly sell their crops to the end customers with VAT or Sales Tax without a middle man. there is no capacity increment on Crops & grains storage as lacs of tonnes of grain gets spoiled every year.

I agree. There is absolutely nobody who does not pay tax. However, investment in infra and agriculture sector need much more attention.
If you have 9% growth of GDP with 5% Fiscal deficit, you actually grow 4% of GDP, Now if you include 10% inflation for 3 years, then it contributes 2% of GDP, so UPA grows India by 2% of GDP.
Parallel Black Economy is 10times higher than UnionBudget. There is simply no mention of it. Hence This Budgetry LOLLYPOP is all HOAX to fool the masses. Take back the Rs.10000 and Higher denominations immediately which 99% of the entire-population never use in their lifetime neither they ever even able to have a look of them in their entire lifetime; so these notes are only for black-money holders and looters and why the Govt. keep on printing them to encourage black-economy and protecting such people with all efforts shamelessly.
