Don't worry congresss will come as long as muslimss are there in India. And when General election will be near they will deliver the perfect budget and again the people will get fooled. Even this budget is more inclined to UP as elections are near in UP.
This is totally a directionless budget - no thrust on village development, curbing the corruption (would have announced some allocation to modernise and strengthen the vigilence dept), education, empowerment of women and above all how to control the inflation. FM only concentrated on how to win the forthcoming elections and completely surrendered to the allies of UPA.

Subsidies reduced in fuel, fertilizers and food means, imminent increase in petrol and diesel prices once the assembly election in four states are over.
Our beloved PM Late Sri Rajive Gandhi once said, "Only 10% of the tax collected reaches the common man",meaning 90% is wasted or swindled by people in places. So why so much of hulla gulla on the budget?which is 90% waste?

You are right. But Rajiv Gandhis made the statement just after taking the reins. But at the end of his term it was 99% wastage as proved by Bofors.
