Government spends money on exploring oil and gas fields, our corrupt officials send the real report to RIL, and the create one with "no success" to Govt Org. RIL buys this oil/gas field, doesn't even have to spend on research exploration (which is a lot), because govt did it for them.. and Viola!!! They hit gold on day 1!!! Shocker!!! Can you believe it?!!!..... Yes I can... gimme a fresh story to read! Or atleast a the right perspective!
