RRV needs to grow a brain. He has to accept criticism, one way or the other. He obviously likes poverty, disorganisation, inefficiency, negativity and live dangerously.

that is not the main reason..main reason is INCOMPETENCY! being stooopid!

what does it take to have a regular cleanup schedule? not much.
fines should be levied for littering like for smoking.

shopkeepers should be asked to provide closeable bins outside shops.bins emptied everyday.

Also have 2 yearly VOLUNTEER CLEANUP. everybody should be asked to pick up a few kilos of rubbish. on jan 26 and aug 15.
HOw f** difficult are these steps to follow? stooopid dumb black m*f* indians!
(im dark complexioned too,but really I cant see any other reason for such incapability)

only for expatriates, not for rest ?
by ashish sinha on Jun 13, 2011 01:48 PM  | Hide replies

how come the cost factor is only for expatriates ? What facts have been taken into account so that the net result is only for expats ? Does this depen upon certain spending habit of expats ? If yes, then how can I (being an expat) change so that I work-around these costs ? If the author addresses these, the article will be worth reading.
