of this over 4,900 vacancies will be given to the relatives of politicians, ministers, kith & kin of the bank management & senior officials.

They have not yet announced the result of last test they conducted..
and now they again opened new recruitment. How can they do this?
It looks like a another way to earn more profit by the bank. through application cost.
