Do the following to reduce stress - 1. Forgive everyone and most importantly yourself. 2. Live in the present. When we live in the moment, all differences vanish. The observer becomes one with observed. 3. Practice the above two at all times in this short precious human life.

Wonderful suggestion.
Can you elaborate on point number 2. How can the observer become the observed? I thought it is when we meditate and go within one, thats when it happens. Correct me if i am wrong. I would appreciate if you please enlighten us?

I am one of those students and would like to take the opportunity to reply. We are not stressed. Moreover, we represent the one year full time program of IIMB which is meant for executives more than 7 years of experience. So we have seen enough of work in the life. Stress does not necessarily mean stress out of work. There may be other causes of stress which are altogether different from work related stress - physical stress, emotional stress etc. The program was about coping with these stress and we indeed learned a lot from the maestro.

They are worried about where the next installment of the huge fees (affectionately called fee structure) will come from?
