I am one of those students and would like to take the opportunity to reply. We are not stressed. Moreover, we represent the one year full time program of IIMB which is meant for executives more than 7 years of experience. So we have seen enough of work in the life. Stress does not necessarily mean stress out of work. There may be other causes of stress which are altogether different from work related stress - physical stress, emotional stress etc. The program was about coping with these stress and we indeed learned a lot from the maestro.

They are worried about where the next installment of the huge fees (affectionately called fee structure) will come from?

What is new?

I did not understand what new means are being adopted? mentoring? it is one of the oldest means of beating stress. Music and Dance? thats old too. Just because B-schools starts somthing, it does not become the latest and the best>

Absolutely right. But we r living in a unequal world my friend. A man on street says something - it'll not even be heard. But famous people say that same thing later - it becomes a mantra. That's how this world runs. The more you have (money, fame, power) - the more you r heard & praised.

IIMs are not claiming that they started mentoring or music and dance. Its our tradition and if IIMs are respecting it, is there any harm in that?

Dear Subodh, deep, vicky and my other friends..
lets not jump upon the students this way..after all they are doing a good job of balancing life and work..managing their hectic schedules, we should look up to them and appreciate this kinda efforts..kathak and all are rapidly being forgotten..if people like IIM bring it to peoples notice its great work....lets all be accomodative and encouraging.
