Every product you consume today are made in China or Taiwan. Right from pin to plane. China is a manufacture hub of the world. Brands like Apple, Nokia, Sony name the brand it is manufactured in china. So what is the issue.

It's all cheap chinese import. Please don't call them Indian tablets.
30k for this then why not have Ipad 2. Compare the thickness/fit and finish of this with Ipad. They are ugly/clunky and with low battery life.
If you are going to spend 30k, better to go with Ipad2. If you can wait, then wait another 6-9 months and you will have tons of good choices. I am eagerly waiting for Windows 8 tablets where I can do real work (not a play device like Ipad)

If u wanna do real work, then buy laptop. Why tablet? you don't have keyboard, mouse pad in tablet. How can u do real work?

Windows 8 will have it my friend. I am waiting for it since I spend too much time doing work.
Ipad is a media consumption device. You can't do any real work on it. It's not meant to be doing work.

Article says it's "Indian", there's nothing "Indian" about these tablets. Only Notion Ink Adam was Indian tablet (with software customizations done in India). All these are cheap chinese import sold with relabel.

Rediff and "Gadgets" news don't mix well buddy. Yes you are right.
Sammy is South Korean company. It does have production facilities in Taiwan.
