the infy ads - "Hi I am Dumber. I have been with Infosys for 15 years. I get to work on all the toilets of my clients and do a lot of cleaning jobs. When I joined Infy, I was dumb. But now, I am dumber. If you have that in you (dumbness), come become part of the dumbwagon." These guys have taken housing loans @4% or less for 20 years and they are struck there. Infy has realised that there is a lot of garbage piled up because of these loans. Time to clean up Kris.

There can be little merit in numbers !

The truly meritorious are always going to remain a very thin segment of the available man power resources. And this fact cannot change one bit come what may.

For instance, the IT companies recruit tens of thousands each year, most of them from sundry and obscure engineering colleges across the country. These IT companies make a song and dance about the 'high pay packets' they hand out (when in reality, they are either mediocre or less than mediocre for the majority of recruits) and together with the glitzy buildings they house their businesses in, succeed in fooling the media and the commoner into thinking that all those who are recruited by them form the 'cream' of the nation !!

It would appear that all of a sudden, the 'cream' of Indian talent has grown in size a hundred fold !!

There are so many medicore students in high name colleges & bright students in unknown colleges.
So don't generalize mr Piri & keep your inferity complex with yourself.
