the budget nowadays is prepared with a hotline to 10 janpath .so are all congi ruled state budgets.comissions and cuts are calculated before starting new programmes to scam the country.
What this budget is when FM spends 11 lacs crores and collects 7.5 lac crores, rest is deficit-why can any individual or company survive for this type of deficit, instead of curbing govt. expenditure on establishment and other Heads, they have only one agenda how to screw people to collect money and go on paying to politicians and govt. servants, whereas more than 40% are BPL level. Befooling people from the last 60 yeaars, finding ways and means to put more and more taxes on left over items-thus increasing inflation and miseries.
