In business, prices are fixed on demand supply. As you said, if the salary they pay is 1-3 lakhs, why is it not 30-50K and not 10-15 Lakhs? Is there a reason?
They are hiring for bench strength nothing else.After few months they will be fired you as a porter.Now days all IT companies are given less salaries.All Indian companies are services company not product base.In near future all companies will do like Satyam scam.

In a neutral perspective your voice sounds like that of a cry baby. Even for bench they are hiring much more than other sectors. If they are distributing salary hoping for good days, so be it, it will help these people for few months. Atleast until the other industries pickup.
Economic recovery and Jobs coming back is not an erection you get when you see a bikini model- instantly - you morons.
Its a slow process and will take years. People do not lose strings of their wallets one fine morning , that too after a very bitter economic slow down.
You dumb holes at rediff just take off on any press statement given by some corporate honcho. Misplaced exuberance. These are projected numbers. Every thing is an assumption.
IT companies depend on North America and Europe for revenues. Economies of North America and Europe as of today are in dire straits. The IT budgets are getting rolled back almost everywhere. Even BPO companies are starving for business.
At our company (dont want to disclose the name), we laid off almost 5% of the total staff just last week.
You fking morons pickup some stray press statements from here and there and publish nonsensical rubbish without a base or a reason. Apply your brains and look at the bigger picture before you resort to gossippy junk.

why the hell u recruit him after 7 technical round of interviews. U never sack booby girls ...why?
jobs are back...so bear glass image. This country state is like that only. all become drunkards, drug addicts etctc. they dont give value for money. first month salary goto pub and smoke the money. second month salary goto woman. that is the reason the cost of living gone so high.
