One more ploy, to foll people and rediff one of the tool of Sonia gandhi. MMS is helpless. Cong govt. does not want this to the names to be disclosed and hence all this drama. Cong Govt. first will issue immunity to its corrupt leaders including congress high commands and they will voluntarily disclose some small amount and pay the taxes and become clean.
Congress has looted this country like any thing and SC has rightly chided.

Swiss govt is a fully capitilistic govt and that is way the country is where it is now (one of the richest nation!). however, they are under tremendous pressure from US to compsomise secrecy about the US tax-evaders; and swiss govt is relaxing quite a bit, for it is US. however, regarding india, which is still perceived as a poor third world country in swiss, swiss govt is unlikely to do the same. what is needed is strong foreign policy and diplomacy
