Dear President,USA
I totally agreed with you. To increase salaries why can't you start from your side.
please ask all US companies in India like IBM, HP, Microsoft and other companies to give Indian people same salary as per Us standard and automatically other NON US companies will follow the same sooner or later...

Sebastian, there are 2 aspect of outsourcing one is saving on cost and another talent. If we are still able to command, manage and Lead in technologies then US has to still rely on us. This will take India towards becoming developed country otherwise India will be forever developing and poor. Also, more income means more quality and standard of living and also good income for government and hence good development...

Salary increase
by om shanti on Jan 16, 2011 08:26 AM

The US should agree to take atleast 0.3 billion Indians and 0.3 billions chinese and settle them in the US at their own cost..or else supply of cheap labour flow will continue inside India and China and it will be difficult to increase wages..at the same time settling Indians and Chinese in the US as mentioned above would bring down salary level in the US as migrants will be ready to work at lower wage..Obama should understand this demand supply euation and work to implement my suggestion..

Reduce Expenses
by pradeep gupta on Jan 15, 2011 10:54 AM

I will advise the US to first reduce its government expenses, lower the budget deficit, hike the cost of fuel and educate its citizen to live within their means rather then educating other countries.
