In the current scenario, SC/ST should get reservation in the private sector also, as the Govt. is towards privatization. There are good number of skilled personnel in these communities. Since the private firms are oriented towards employment of their kith and kin, the only way to get in to private sector by SC/STs is through reservation. The effort initiated is laudable. IT IS EXCELLENT THAT THE NCSC HAS TAKENUP THIS ISSUE WITH THE INDUSRTRY FOR PROVIDING JOBS FOR SC/STs. AS YOU KNOW WITH THE PRESENT GOVERNMENT RULES AND LEGISLATIONS AND STRICT COMPLIANCE, IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RULE OF RESERVATION HAS BECOME A DIFFICULT TASK AND THE EXPECTED RESULT HAS NOT ARRIVES. THERE ARE STILL SO MANY BACKLOGS WITH SOME REASON OR THE OTHER BY THE RESPECTIVE MANAGEMENTS. NOW WITH THE PRESENT SENARIO OF PRIVATISATION IF THE INDUSTRY IS NOT PROVIDING ANR RESERVATION TO THOSE SC/STs THE COMMUNITY MAY GOBACK TO THE OLDEN DAYS, STAVE, FACE MUCH DIFFICULTY.
