I hope congress don't hit his foot with the axe. As saving the corrupt & culprits will anger us all which will not allow it to come to power again, due to negative voting, even in absence of an good alternative.
Sibal is just pallu holder instructed to say the figure is much less. Well done Sibal, cover senora's backside. But you are not going to be successful.

u r right. He don't want to show that fig which taken by SG, RG and others.
Kapil Sibal is correct. This figure is flawed, because it has to be seen in context of cheap call rates. Raja wanted to break cartel and he has paid the price by taking Mittal and co. CAG leaked the report. Why nobody asking about that. RSS is crying about leaking the terror report which is real. But a notional loss figure was leaked to sensationalise so that DMK minister is removed. There is a pattern in english media targeting select parties. They always wait to blow out of proportion bad news of DMK and never covered good governance in TN. TN is one of the best state to live.

This is a real loss, Mr. Kumar. Sibbal is merely cofusing AAM AADMI for it is difficult for him to understand the intricacies of the case. Questions which DMK, Congress, Sonia, Rahul, Sibbal and MMS will have to answer to the nation are:- 1) Why a policy for auction of spectrum not framed while a recommendation to this effect had been given by TRAI on request of Cabinet (NDA cabinet) 2) UPA and Raja says they simply followed NDA policy, and hence they are not at fault. Mr. Kumar, policies are not immortal. They are changed from time to time depending on conditions. Present telecom policy came into existence when tele density in the country was less than 1%. when raja sold the spectrum, tele-density in India was 71%. There was a real need for change in policy. 3) Tendering process was at fault and suspicious and this is the key point which made the whole issue so tricky. Why last date for tender submission was changed to 25 on 25th itself? How come some parties deposited tender in few minutes of changed tender date, how could they got DD ready in that much time and deposit? 4)Why license was given to disqualified parties? 5)How come license was given to some parties on first-come first serve basis and others rejected while earlier there was nothing like this in the tender document. 6)If some parties made huge amount of profit selling the same spectrum, how come Raja was not aware of the specrum value?
Raja, Sonia, Rahul, MMS have made largest fraud on AAM AADMI.

Ignorance is bliss. That is what all politicians count on. When they loot, the money goes to individuals pocket and his party some times. When politician is caught, it is projected as an assult on his caste/ sub caste/ region/ religion. His fellowmwen are gullible enough to support him as one of their own. Tragady of Indian way of thinking, which is fully exploited by politicians of all parties, without exception. Jai Bharat.

SO. Your stupid retort only makes sense IF there was no corruption. 1.76 Lakhs or 1 Crore, its still corruption. Only in India - we tend to qualify an evil as a lesser evil, hence the sorry state of affairs across the nation. And yes I am from Tamil Nadu too.

This has nothing to do with TN governance. I also accept thet TN is one of best states to live.
If Raja didn't do anything wrong, he should not have resigned. Also he should have proved that his actions benefitted the people.
