Britannia Industries Ltd is based in Kolkata not in Bangaluru as mentioned in this report. It has registered office in Hungerford Street, Kolkata. In bangaluru, executive office is there but that does not make a bangaluru based company.
i cant imagine that india has stooped to such a level ...... india has become so much materialistic ! ....... i live in USA but still do my poojas regularly ....... i think the best indian brand is 'spirituality' n its best form can be seen in tamilnadu temples n culture ....... y r pple running after money ?

Chennai dosa, you are a hypocrite, how can you live in USA and preach us about your non-materialistic life. Why are you running after money in USA? I hate these pseudo NRI's especially in the USA talking bad about India. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CRITICIZE INDIA. You are not an Indian. You are an American wannabe. If you are an Indian and love India do something for it. Not talk rot. Further why should you be the only one living in luxury??? WHy should Indians not want the things you want huh?? What makes you better than us. Suddenly we are materialistic just because we want good things in life while you are simply modern because you happen to go to the US. All I can say thank you to all the people like you who do not do anything for India but only talk. Good riddance.

Hello, I live in the US but I completely agree to what you have said. We live and work in the US because of two reasons (this is ofcourse the way i see it): 1. Because materialistically it is a better life 2. Earning money here gives us the ability to provide for a better life for our family in India. Neither of the points above give us the right to say that Indians living in India dont have the right to a better life materialistically. You do and you should. Most NRI's wish that for all fellow Indians. All this talk about spirituality is crap! You could have gotten it even in India! Why come to the US to gain spirituality! I, like every other NRI, wants to see India grow and develop. That means that Indians in turn grow and develop.

I agreee with you , my friend. Everything in Indian culture comes out from Spirituality. Either it is Dance or Martial Art or Music or way of life. All world knows and admir on that.

We were almost like slaves of Britishers before 1947' Some of us miss them so much that we go back to them or their alikes out of sheer habit of slavery I dont know whether this Chennai Dosa crosses his heart during his regular POOJAS so as not to offend his new found Gods
LIC OF INDIA is well known service brand in India. Even illitrate person knows about LIC. It has more than 300 million customers and spred in many more countries. It has assets of over Rs.12 lakh crore. With this reasons, Sir, why you did't included LIC of INDIA in the list.
