Govt.has introduced Service Tax for taking treatment in private hospital with more than 25 beds.In a way,its suggested that either you take treatment in underserviced Govt.hospital or you don't take treatment at all,as the fleecing pvt hospitals have been provided with reason to fleece more.The tax on vaccines that are not included in National programme is also taxed whereby the indication is that one should not get immunised for those disease that are not covered under national programme.

This provision is to bring black money parked abroad in India. Right from Independence Congress has looted India more than Britishers and these money will be brought back to India.
