As AAM ADMI we are not experts to analyse in detail and pass judgement but in general, except for BJP and the LEFT the B seems to have been recd. well by various sections right from the corporates, markets...to AAM ADMI.He has very cleverly stopped at just sort of any concrete steps of Reforms by giving some sort of road map to Reform so that while the LEFT don't get chance to complain even while the RIGHT feels happy that NAC dominated UPA has not given up Reform after all!It remains to be seen how the PM ,MMS manages the necessary related co-operation from the opposition w/o which the entire thing gets pushed to next B. Thrust on increase in agri production is right step and it is essential that the desired results are made to come by. The B appears to be more of a continuity w/o any dramatic big Ticket announcement as FM himself has admitted. Let us hope Pranabda's B- Tele-serial runs for full years.
If the budget has nothing to do with corruptions, it should not bear the obvious political motives. It should be purely based on economic parameters. Corruption has affected the corporate regime, injecting uncertainty in the market. isn,t that consequence economic enough to be planned for hooking the right Image at-least? AMM ADMI has no income to be taxed from, so exemptions limit means nothing to them. We The AMm ADmi will still be drinking AMM PANI. We want AMM BUBGET if you want to still call us with that nomenclature. Otherwise stop Dividing the people as AMM and UN-AMM, Just deliver. The concept is nothing other than a political hoodwink, I hate it. I don,t like the UN-AMM corrupted people living in that UN_AMM India.

PM MM Singh has no plans to bring the money stashed in Swiss and German Bnks ! Perhaps, his bosses will not allow him to do that since they have amassed money in bofors and such other cases.
FM Pranab has totally failed to visualise the impct of his budget. The proposed budget will help no class of people other than some specified industries. He should have taken lessons from PM MM Singh before preparaion of the Budget as the mentor of PM MM Singh, PV Narasimha Rao is no more. PVN was the person who could visualise the impacts for the next 2 two decades. And so was AB Vajapayee.

This budget will help the bad mash minister class only.
For himself and others like N.D.Tiwari, Pranab Mukherjee has cleverly played a master stroke.
By raising the limit for people of 80 years & above -- knowing full well that those with incomes in the 80 age group are few -- he has carved out a new niche class of tax payers called "Very Senior Citizens".
Exemption limit enhanced is only marginal & ,makes only a little difference for a common wage earner while the relief given to the senior citizens is somewhat commendable. But Pranab is sure to incur the wrath of the non-senior citizen women since along side,he did not increase the exemption limit exclusively meant for them;women,in all their anger, are not likely to take it lightly & the FM may have to correspondingly increase their limit too eventually. He played a clever trick by raising the limit for people of 80 years & above knowing well thatthose whom he gave a new name as "very senior Citizens" fitting in that bracket are very much on decrease day by day as per the Indian Census.Hike in tax rates for AC room rents in corporate hospitals ,beyond Rs 1000/- & in air fare is OK,but the measures he contemplated for containing the black money are NOT clear-some what nebulous & impracticable in reality.;they are very high sounding to be seen in writing. He should have, as in 2000s ,introduced some schemes of Voluntary Disclosure entailing issue of Relief Bonds ,as earlier, which could have unearthed & made lakhs of crores of black money white giving handle for best utility by the govt for the nation's welfare & developmental activities. This is one great belief that he belied. On the whole, the budget does not sound well for any sector.
