and indian replacement policy in software has already been done. Indians are net user or coolies for videsh software. even germany uses them for S.A.P.

inspite of all this, USA can still be the best bet for india if we get rid of bjp-congress nexxus.

To reach that level in India for a mechanical engineering graduate is not easy. One should have either political backing or mentors working in similar capacities at the highest level. Unfortunately talent in this country is at the mercy of half knowledge superiors who reached higher levels by political support or a caste based promotions.
No wonder why these talented people heading for greener pastures.
