A feel good factor is but natural from the Pranav DAA, looking to the due election. Still otherwise he do believe in socialism budget. He believe in, Doling to farmers/poor artisan and will try to create a habit among them not to repay the loan amount. Doing this act he will naturally add to the already burdened banks to further load. HThese socialist will never inculcate and advocate for inducting work culture, but will talk about GDP growth. A laymam understand that without doing hard work no indivisual became prosperous, no society became prosperous then how a Nation can become prosperous and attain high GDP growth. It is only illusion and printing of Notes , resulting into inflation.
i think the budget could make us happy while we feeling at home during our daliy transactions, now as at every stage we are giving expenses through out excepting 0 and multiple of tax in result our costing at daily routine of life becoming more expensive, however this is not a time for lecturing the goverment think how to recover whatever dues and find out black money by a rule, otherwise we can never in turn to the development of selfness, specially those who are in > bpl and < upl, called mediocare family to become victimised indiscriminately.
Two important questions to the Prime Minister and Finance Minister :-
1) It was reported that the Delhi Govt had raised the salaries and Perks to the MLAs and Ministers by 300% due to high inflation. Now, it is reported in this News by Rediff that the IT exemption limits for individuals could be increased by Rs 20000.00 (earlier reports indicated Rs 15000.00). This means a IT savings of Rs 166.67 per month for the lowest slab of IT. Is the Congress happy with this? If this is not injustice to the Aam Aadmi, what is?
2) The earlier indication of increase in IT exemption limite was Rs 15000.00 which meant a savings of Rs 125.00 per month and now this Rediff report says that it could be Rs 20000.00 which means that the savings would be Rs 166.67 per month. With the huge level of inflation, especially food inflation, and all other costs going up substantially, is the Congress/Govt happy to offer such low incentives to the people - the Congress' aam aadmi?

Refer to the IT Code which was promised (in 2009) to be introduced from 2011. No sign of it now that we are at it. Proposed Code had indicated exemptions upto Rs 10 laks and tax rwates of 10% above that and so on. But then where from will the money requirments because of the scams will be met?
In a develeoping Economy, Budget should give thrust for inclusive growth, but not by making everybody happy. Scam and corruption are different and that has to be dealt with other innovative methods.
By money and muscle power the UPA came in power during 2009 election. We have seen on tv news channels that the Congress leaders are distributing money filled packets ranging from Rs. 1500 to 2500 were delivered to almost all the parliamentary constituencies and came to power. (Eg: Rajkot in Gujarat, Vadakara in Kerala, Barabanki in Uttar Pradesh, etc.) The congress party has spent around Rs. 50 lac crores during the 2009 general election. Now one-by-one scams involving lacs of crores rupees are coming out – 2G scam for Rs. 1.76 lac crores, CWG scam for Rs. 90000 Crores, Adharsh Flats scam for Rs. 100000 Crores, etc; etc. They election to 5 state assembly is coming and the Congress Party is planning spent Rs. 5 lac crores for this election and they will get elected in the assemblies also. On 14th February’11, the Vadakar MP and Union Minister and Congress leader, Mullapally Ramachandra himself told the media that during the 2009 general election Congress party given money to Vadakara Parliamentary constituency / purchased votes and he got elected to parliament.
