@Shailendra lande..Agreed, You have a point.. But Yeddi says he followed in the footsteps of his predecessor Kumaraswamy,Deve Gowda and the Congressi SM Krishna. He reversed what he did. Now ask the Congress to bring back the 1,76,000 Crores of 2G, scam amounts CWG Adarsh,Lavasa ..... Also let the Congress return the inflation burden of the common man . Yeddi is too small a defence for the mega scams committed by UPA..
Only congress with its secular credential is fit to rule india. Its must to keep communal parties like bjp/jdu at bay. Hope 2014 elections are a repeat of 2004 & 2009.
Re: Secularism
by Prem Mohan on Feb 24, 2011 02:25 PM
You forgot to mention RSS. Anyway, Congress is the only party in India that is secular, dynamic, progressive and youthful.
Re: Secularism
by S M on Feb 24, 2011 02:26 PM
Congress is the most communal party. Asking for uniform personal law is not communal but having seperate laws for different religions is definitely communal
Congress in past 6o years has only played politics of reservation & corruption and by projecting fake democracy hv come to power by lollipop politics...
Indians especially middle class from all states irrespective of language shd come forward and give clear majority to BJP..
BJP will atleast do something... eg in Maharshtra in 5 yr bjp-ss rule 55 flyovers & expressway was constructed which khangress cd not do for 60 yrs...

Constitution of india already has taken us all to stone age by favoring reservation corruption vote banl politics etc

so you want only 2% upper caste people to rule this country ?
Re: Re: Re: Re: India Needs BJP Rule for 10-15 yrs
by Piyush Bhargava on Feb 24, 2011 02:38 PM
For your information BJP has more So called lower caste people as its members than Congress. All the top Congress leaders are Upper castes. Most of the ester while ruling class are members of the Kangress.

Shailendra lande@You are wrong, my dear. As an opposition BJP have managed to checkmate the scam culture developed by UPA and its allies and as a ruling party, their performance in Gujarat is exemplary. In any case, Congress has led the country towards all vices in governance. We want some other party, if not BJP to save the country..Even if you hate BJP for whatever reason, do not support the Congress theives.

by shailendra lande on Feb 24, 2011 02:46 PM
What BJP gave to India ? Demolition, massacres, bombblasts and many more....
The hon'ble PM's measured response to all the allegations against him has shown that the Congress is the only party fit to rule India. The UPA government has been harassed and blackmailed by the unholy combination of BJP/RSS and left parties. Hope they will now give a chance to the government to get on with its developmental agenda, otherwise the BJP/RSS will win far fewer seats at the next Lok Sabha elections.
Re: Measured response
by BANTWAL BHAT on Feb 24, 2011 02:41 PM
@Prem Mohan, Are you blind or deaf? Are you not aware of what is happening? What do you expect the opposition to do when scams after scams are coming to light and the Govt. is simply watching? Congress has no development agenda for the Nation but has plans to loot the country. It is the Congress which got only 4 seats out of 248 in Bihar and see that happening at the National level in the next LS elections...All Congress strongholds like Maharastra, Andhra,UP ,Bihar, Karnataka are gone.
Re: Measured response
by Hebbar R on Feb 24, 2011 02:30 PM
PMs responses have not been honourable. He needs to answer how he kept quite when all the mega scams wer happening right under his nose. His reponsesare measured just because he does not want to be caught on the wrong foot. One of the scams took place right in his office and today he claimed that the issue never even came to him. Your prejudice against BJP is a different issue. It will obviously be stupid to support one party just for the reason of dislike for another.
Re: It is only the paid Media
by Prem Mohan on Feb 24, 2011 02:23 PM
The more he speaks, the more he comes across as a wise and thinking statesman. It is India's good fortune to have a PM like Dr Manmohan Singh.
Re: Re: It is only the paid Media
by BANTWAL BHAT on Feb 24, 2011 02:46 PM
@Prem Mohan.. Dr. Manmohan Singh himself will get surprised if he reads what you have written about him. He knows that inspite of being called as an economist of eminence, he failed to check inflation and Onions getting sold at Rs. 80/ Kg. under his very nose.. It does not bother him because he is supported by Congress is a different matter..
Re: Re: It is only the paid Media

Mickey Mouse Singh admits that he is mouse of a man and it is shameful for a grown up man to say I had no option. Obviously he has not heard of words like exercising authority, resigning or accepting moral responsibility. The man is a more than pathetic, he is plain embarrassment.

You have a right to your view. Obviously there are people who have a Ostrich view. They have a right to that.

IF SOME ONE DUPE GOVT FOR SAY 5000 CRORE THE CHARGE IS "CHEATING ,FORGING X,Y,Z criminals prepaired for that.as the punishment is less than kicking someones balls ,,,who inturn crushed evrybodys balls like nuts "call it "public ball crushing seva" PBCS....by publically (not by public) elected "BALL SEVAK" he /she can be any body either KALMADI, A.RAJA ,OR PMO ...they show responsibility less than "blows butten of women".... the only soloution is show some punishment ...if media really support PUBLIC interest (indian public , not western public)...
when obama visited india $ 10 billion worth of agreements were signed between indian & american companies, which in the long run would create 50,000 jobs in usa.what benefit(creating employment ) india would be getting was not mentioned, as all these agreements pertained to purchase of american goods.even this devas-antrix deal would have created thousands of jobs in usa,as devas has an american partner, who would have been benefitted. this mms is taking orders from his american masters,& doing their bidding.the earlier mms goes, will be beneficial to india.

There are lakhs of people in India working in the IT and BPO industries where the business comes mainly from the U.S.

when OBAMA ..and PM came out of "CLOSED CABIN " both were satisfied ...HOW ..this is big question for SANATA who needs job USA..
Re: Re: obama's trip to india
by Anil Kumawat on Feb 24, 2011 02:19 PM
Is this the reply to Jugal's message? Jugal is talking about giving everything to US. Can you explain, how many additional jobs were to be created because of these agreements in India?
Re: Re: Re: obama's trip to india
by Prem Mohan on Feb 24, 2011 02:22 PM
All these are additional jobs. The U.S. need not outsource its office jobs to India. Also, the U.S. is India's largest market for manufactured goods. Trade in goods and services is a two-way street.
Re: Re: Re: Re: obama's trip to india

US largest market for indian goods? bluffer........ india is largest market to crap of US...
will not cut ice! Because the mettle of a person or a group or a govt is judged by its commitment s and fulfilments! THIS UPA GOVT MADE SOME COMMITMENTS TOO! THE FULFILMENTS ARE ABSCONDING! Looting of peoples' money and then doing something is in no way efficiency! IN FUTURE TOO THESE PERSONS WIL ACT IN THE SAME WAY! So Mr PM its useless whatever you talk or do! PEOPLE WIL NOT FORGIVE!
Fact is, the country lost this kind of HUGE money due to a scam that took place in an office that functions under the PM's office. The PM must stand up, and shoulder his, and his governments responsibility. He can't wash his hands off the matter saying it never reached this level and so he has nothing to do with it. Well, if it didn't then it should have, for the people involved were at the time functioning not as independent bodies, but part of Mr Singh's government. Mr Singhs government first places these people in positions of power, just like they placed Mr Kalmadi in power despite his horrific corruption filled track record, and now wants to pass the buck and wash their hands of them. Sorry..... this is not a country of imbeciles. The PM and his office must stand up and are just as guilty of poor governance and corruption as the people that have actually committed the act of pocketing our money.
this PM is shirking his responsibilities & running away from accountability. He is deep in s... now no one has any doubts left about the disintegrity of this man.
