Govt don't set prices but they definitely regulate the prices. Socialist countries like ours have to consider the poor farmers plight.

The argumets given by Mr. pawar for export of food grains are baseless. The prices of all these foodgrains are very high in the market and he is suggesting for export. He is far away from the common men.It is painful that he is a minister of our country.

the issue is poor distribution. Due to good crop last time, the stores are full, under normal circumstances export would have been an option, but now one should look at how to enhance the distribution system to bring down the domestic price first

i know they have to improve distribution system have to built new storage but who will do it??...ter are no stores does not mean export it n increase the domestic price..

Does the name Pa-War is an abbreviation of "Pakistani War" against India.... because this minister seems to do the same against his own people, starving them to death.
the nerve of this guy... what to say!!! for selling others 28/kg is too much, for our own people 80/kg was not worth attending to. This guy has gone loony or what? the wheat stockpile is there then why so many people are not getting enough food in India?
