 Market broadband products based on minimum bandwidth

Instead of promising max of 2 MBPS bandwidth to consumers the broadband companies should instead market their products with minimum bandwidth guarantee. Most of the time the 2 mbps line gives only 256 kbps bandwidth and cheating the consumers.
