If govt and opposition is going all out against Black money then They are some for bribe for getting business. Is it universally legal. I think then all charity done today is some kind of bribe paid in return for a service. What do you say about people teaching in schools, and companies and religious institutions starting and donating to schools, colleges, home for ageds and orphanages?

To top it, Corruption is because they are doing charity at other peoples cost
that this is a political maneuvering and the fact remains that a lot of white collar jobs have been transferred to India from the US. Its a two way street but we have 4 lanes going from US to India and one lane from India to the US.
