The Indian politicians will make him another image of them.

How is he qualified to do the study?
Just because he heads UIDAI?
He know how to make friends & spend public money.
The only way to do it better is stop corruption more cards wont solve the problem.PAN card was supposed to catch people who don't pay tax.It din't. Iris based ration cards were made to catch fake ration cards.Now fake ones exceed genuine ones.UIDAI will just be one more unneccesary card ti fill up babu's pockets and make MNC's profits.
