1) Land is minimum 2 cr per acre in India but free in China 2) Funding is minimum 14% interest in indian industry but is 3% in China. 3) Bad debts : Writeoffs kill indian companies but China Govt offers fresh funding. 4) Infrastructure : Limited and overstretched in India but it is Unlimited and free in China from the Govt side.

Watever u told are legall formality comparisions,,,,,,,,,why is that u forgot to mention the corrupted side also.......
Bribe for getting a land 2000 crores per 100 acre in india.......Zero in china as they need development to let india down
Bribe for approvals and factory setup.......50% of investment cost to politicians and bureau crats in india........only 10 percent max in china......remember they are not fully corrupt like our greedy goons.....

land is not free in china..govt owns the land but you have to money to lease it for certain no. of years
If this is going to happen, we may loose our trade mark words MADE IN INDIA.........they come here coz they have lesser ports for shipping, they cant get people for labour asking peanuts as salary.
They cant get consumers who keeps silent and gets convinced at the showroom itself.........
Finally........they get a place to pollute very freely as their country is topping the list of polluted countries tag.
And the best thing to hear is.......they easily find greedy dogs who r ready cheat the country by giving away farmer lands to setup their factories and finally go sleep in hospitals when scam comes out.....
China is still holding on to parts of Indian territory, stapling visa, intruding at border points and sheltering and arming anti-India elements. Only Indians will lap up China products despite their insults.
