madam, Please note that so far only debt ridden farmers have committed sucide through out the country. None of the farmers committed sucide due to any other reason. This is simply because farmers are strong enough to face the nature's calamities. The only thing you need to do is that give them assured good prices of their products. Give them their dues, and get assured food and nutrition safety for the countrymen as well as sound economy of the country for ever.

Who the hell is she to ask the banker to give loan to farmers at a lower interest rate? Why is she mum on black money? She has already done a lot of damages to our country. She should be deported back to Italy without any further delay for the betterment of our country.
There is a thief, loots the Aam Janata to the tune of millions of crores (2G/CWG etc.) and ask the bankers to give away again aam aadmi's money!! Great magnanimity!!!

Sonia jee....if loans r given at low rates..than also this loan will not reach the farmers who really needs it...this oportunity will be grab by rich farmers...and they will invest in some where else....and after wards this farmers will do a sucide...n the last story will be like the same old story which ur government did during the budget... Approx 71 Thousand Crore Rupees of the farmers where exepmted... Sharad Pawar will earn a lot if this schme is implemented.
