Through investigation in 2G scam
by PG on Feb 10, 2011 07:39 PM  | Hide replies

It can only happen if Congress is thrown out and a new (non-Congress) government takes charge.

Let's have elections ASAP. There is every chance that Congress will loose now.

I don't think so... because Raja's lawyer Kapil Sible is holding current telecom portfolio. He is taking all the precaution activities to save the corrupt including politician and business icons.

SC's Third rated Trail
by Ananda Raj on Feb 10, 2011 07:23 PM  | Hide replies

Neither SC nor CAG have interest to end corruption. They have grand design to topple the government with Goebbels' propaganda techniques of Big Lies to genocide Jews race. Similarly, these groups wants to establish ManuSastra. Nothing else.
In India, the most corrupted office is judiciary only. If they followed justice, corruption would not have raised this level.
Let them correct themselves first.

Yes.There are three sectors that have looted this country even before we got independence: teachers, doctors and the judiciary.Volumes can be be written on how these sectors have ruined India with their caste baise, religious fanatism and greediness for money. They ruined entire public investment in education, health and civil order. Today we see criminals roaming on the streets without fear of law, we see illetarates becoming leaders and saying things which even a fool would think twice before saying so( Amin of Rajasthan), we see millions of people in rural india suffering from bad health due to lack of doctors(not hospitals), wee see how these doctors want to stya in cities and loot people on kidneys and womb revelations. There is no end. If we calculate the losses caused by these sectors it would amount to a million trillion.

Congress and UPA-2 Not serious
by Rahul Miano on Feb 10, 2011 07:20 PM

The Congress and UPA-2 are not serious at all to conduct a through investigation and Trial of the wrong doers who caused the nations exchequre a hamangous loss for the benefit of few-Crony capitalism.

Why the congress and UPA-2 wants the SC to tell what needs to be done next to bring the case to its logical conclusion. Is the Govt not competant to set up special fast track trial court in 2G and CWG scam.

So,it's the congress and UPA-2 lackadaisical attitude, the oppn is right when it's insisting to set up a JPC committee for 2G and CWG Scam.

Just an eyewash...
by Sandra David on Feb 10, 2011 07:04 PM

It's all eyewash before the budget session. Nothing else...

Congress wants to get rid of this budget session rapidly, so they don't want any disturbance from the opposition, so these steps taken to weaken the oppositions demands like JPC etc.

2G scam
by raghavan raghavan on Feb 10, 2011 07:01 PM

We are not sure how far Supreme Court wll follow up this case, as the 2G SCAM has involvement of more Politicians and Prime Minister himself. PM does not speak, laughs and walks away, while others around hm walks way with millions.

We confuse with many things like Gujarat, Naxal, and other issues. But this scam and other S BAND issue are some thing we need to worry as Indians. A government and a PM who has no authority in day to day affairs has no place to stay in public life. But here?

Change of govt. is needed to catch the culprites
by vijaya kumar on Feb 10, 2011 06:55 PM  | Hide replies

Govt. has constituted two member high-powered committee head by Mr.B.K. Chaturvedi to review various aspects of lease of scarce S-band spectrum by ISRO. I wondered how B K Chaturvedi could probe the issue when he was himself among those who had approved the agreement as cabinet secretary in 2005. There seems to be no limit to the shamelessness of the Congress party bosses The action of the congress bosses is similar to appointing a thief to investigate a theft. The tragedy of this country is, it has a Prime Minister who feels loyal only to a single person and not to the Nation. The Congress Party and Mr. "CLEAN' PM has lost the credibility and become the LIABILITY to the country. They are doing their utmost effort to cover-up all the scam and remove the evidence as long as they are in power. The way they are making the appointment and conducting the inquiries is just to get the clean chit from the tainted persons appointed to conduct the inquiries. The change of Govt. is needed in order to catch the culprits.

The numbers in sequence are
2001
2002
2003
2004
2005
2006
One should learn-if they already don't know-that 2005 comes AFTER 2004. I know it's obscure knowledge for ordinary men, but now that you know that the year 2005 comes after 2004- a year in which BJP lost majority and became the opposition- it's a bit difficult for them to open scams which are going to happen in the future. I some genius like raj was there to predict that congress is going to become so shameless, they would have definitely 'opening the future scams'
