Here a private party cannot register or use it for Construction purpose without the consent of the Govt of the Day. The point here to note is since this wasteland is aprrox in the range of 10- 15 kms City limits, the ministers controlling the signature: Note the revenue & the CMO has to raise a Gazette to de-notify it. This is done easily since the rules allow it to do. The catch phrase is every year there is a limit the GOVT can de-notify the lands. This system is abused to the full extent by the Chiefminister in colusion with the dept of Land revenue officals. Hencee thie Land Mafia gaining to the core. The present DMK has misused it to such an extent that the land prices have shot up 425% in a matter of 5 years around chennai, Coimbatore etc. Because the Mafia is run by the DMK first family members. Please throw them out -PEOPLE of TN.

In fact, Sibal is defending Raja so much, that there are three options: 1. Arrest Kapil Sibal for `perjury'. Normally `perjury' is applied only when one lies before the court. Here, since Kapil Sibal is an elected representative of the people and as a Minister he has lied before the people's court, we can stretch its meaning to book him for `perjury'. 2. Release Raja, if indeed there is ZERO loss as claimed by Kapil Sibal. 3. Kapil Sibal can resign as Telecom Minister and become Raja's lawyer. Raja will welcome him with open arms. This way, Kapil Sibal will get a part of the 2G loot as his fees! Thus, the bronze winner takes the cake!
Our honest PM always comes to know of shady deals , be it CWG , 2G , Adarshgate, or S Band scams , from Press and CBI . So much for his ability to govern his house . Instead of mouthing absurdities like facing corruption boldly , he should initiate action against corrupt people . If he does not get support from the quarters to which he is beholden , to set the house in order , he must quit . After all , reputation earned over several decades need not be thrown away for hanging on to the office , compromising the core values taught to him .
