His Excellency Sri Kpail Sibal is either an i--- or an i---? One day he says there is no loss due to the policy and another day he says, NDA is responsible for the wrong policy and losses. If it was wrong,why didn't his govt correct it all these days?As SC says, he must learn to keep quiet.By his prattling,he is only making things worse?He must learn to come out of his delirium.

Dear Nagrajan , One thing very funny that i see in this entire episode .. How did we calculate the loss to arrive at the figure provided ? basis a bid which the bidder declined to honour ? But no we do not want to hear that . Another point that you just made abt SC .. SIbal should keep his trap shut . Well the place where this discussion should ideally happen is Parliament and that probaly is the reason behind BJP not letting the parliament function ? ANother very funy point about this is the controversy errupted using a " Leaked " report , but if a similar issue implicates BJP bigshots ( like the SIT report ) , then all hell breaks loose and people want it to be investigated . Dear Mr Goebbels ... he must be turning in his grave thinking why did he not learn abt these tactics . Wait and watch how many people try to shout me down on this forum ... calling me all sort of names ...

First of all , let me counter ur statement in regards to MR.Sibal.1) He is a lawyer by profession, his sons represents the accused in the 2g scam. 2) The loss is calculated based on the present day market conditions , so when the loss occured it did happen. CAG has signed a statement in supreme court that the loss is not Imaginativive. CAG has Signed this particular statement. 3. In year 2001 the mobile density / 1000 people was approx at 8- 15%, so inorder to increase the means of communications the NDA invited the players on firsrt come first serve basis. Also, at that time it was mandatory to satisfy all the rules of MHA & DOD , but these rules were relaxed by the passage of time to great extent so we donot have the basis to compare 2001 to that of 2010 years. 4. This loss- Pinches people like us who pay regular taxes. Which i don't think u have ever done. Please don't be a devils advocate. U will feel the pain when u r hard earned money goes to drains like this. Please take this a an aBUSE TO UR SOUL/Consiosness.

At last after a week of maun vrat, this whitewasher and spin specialist has opened his loud mouth to promptly stuff both his feet into it. We are talking about loot Mr. Sibal and the money trail, not procedural wrangles. Now some part of the money trail is revealed directly linked to Congress Partner in UPA viz. MK, of DMK, hope the rest of the money trail does not get cold despite the best efforts of Sibal and Co. to hoodwink the public.
