JGN nobody is asking you to become a member of this bank you have wide range of options.
Do Reserve Bank Rules Applicable to this? Another way of dividing India in terms of Cast,Creed and Religion. These people don't want the Indians together. By Consitution, India is a SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC. There is no Socialism, no secularism and Democracy is misinterpreted(exploitation of the Poor and backward and surplus wealth creation of Richest). Even after 63 years of Independence India has most of the people Poorest and Backward not allowed to come to mainstream. They are kept alieniated using providing subsidies and reservation to keep them always mentally backward. Richer section in the backward class enjoy the benefits. No investment on infrastructural support for them. Shame on democracy.

No RBI does not allow this in India now. The news is wrong, this is a non-babking financial institution not a bank.

Yes, it's true. Naming a bank like 'Sanatan' or 'Hindu' will become a communal act within India and our own people like 'Diggy' will call it a crime committed by 'RSS'. Here nothing is to blame our muslim brothers and let them practice their religion but at the same time let's be impartial for others as well.
This is just one more way to polarize indians on the basis of religion. I can't imagine Hindus or any other religion customers going to Islamic banks and very likely muslims are going to be conslidated into their own banking system. Not a good sign for Indian democracy and secular fabric

islamic banking is growing very fast globally, india will be one of the last to jump on the bandwagon.
Good in a way that Indian muslims will bring back money to India from their accounts in foreign islamic banks.How much you are sensititve,this is truth,ealthy muslims deposit money in foreign islamic banks..
So what is bad? All muslims will throng into islamic bank and close their accounts in other banks.So,it will polarize banking customers based on religion.
This bank is a soft power of islam and communalism will be promoted in indirect way. Anyway,no problem,as Kerala,Kashmir,Assam,etc are going to be Islamic Republic of Kerala,Islamic Republic of Assam,etc under the patronage of sickular congi government..
