This is highly risky to pay upfront money for tempting offers to new biz such as TIMTARA etc. Their default rate is very high and cause you nightmares. Better opt for cash on delivery with startups under 3 years. EBAY is safest. Recently I got defrauded with Rs. 40700/- from Timtara. These companies have a capital base of under a million rupee and boasts of doing business order worth a billion rupee. Please dont get tempted with stealing offers as you may be looted....
