You need at least 20,000 point agenda. NOT 20 !!!
Take some serious steps if you are at least bother at this age of corruptions !!!!
Reminds me of the Twenty Point Agenda drawn by the person who institutionalzed corruption in India the late Smt. Indira Priyadarshini, which became the joke in those days and was ridiculed like this: PROBLEMS PLENTY POINTS TWENTY RESULTS EMPTY. Sure this program also ends up with the same fate.
India has invested in you guys (IIT, IIM, et al) crores of rupees in educating you to the best international standards. Providing you the best facilities for education. This money came from tax payers of India.
You as IIT and IIM graduates are highly regarded by Indian industry and Indian society. You are of course highly regarded by international MNCs as well.
Some of you have provided mother India your honest and sincere service in scientific, technology and management fields. Some of you have gone abroad and made good name for India
The hard working people of India have brought India to a point where India is now recognized as good world citizen with huge economic potential.
and yourself.
In order for India to climb even higher economic heights and provide opportunities to millions of people, India needs to keep the momentum of its economic growth at least at 10% every year for another 50 years. However the evil of CORRUPTION is becoming heavy on the hard working people of India. Corruption is also causing enormous losses to the tax payers, which in turn hurts the poor people of India.
Now, India needs your help. With all your brilliance and dedication, can you guys not come up with a perfect solution to solve our corruption problem? If you put your heads and hearts to it, I am 100% confident that you guys will be able to come up with some practical solution to this vexing problem.
India needs your help, please raise to the occasion. Please save Mother India.
Police Station, Railway bookings, Sub-registrar offices, Customs, CBI, Courts, survey offices, education institutions....I think it is probably easy to come up with a list where corruption does not happen...for example Dist Libraries? Whom are we cheating to come up with program, agenda etc. Why not legalize the corruption instead....Govt can come up with a price list to get job done over and above the salary of these people. It is much easier.

Yes, these ministers hardly bother about it. They got their percentage at the end. So, the corruption is there in bottom.
PM Manmohan singh should first thoroughly study several jokes on sardarji's. And then think of saying anything on policy changes. Mr. PM , it is time to act tough and get back the black money back to exchequer's treasury , and not spend time on thinking of policy changes which again is time pass ones.
If so, why 20 points? just one point to save India, attach all properties of your party men/madam as well as from other politicians. And SG's uncle Q....chi
The moment in India an issue escalates, we can surely expect a follow-up as a 'point' agenda system. Handling Corruption issue alone I think has so many agendas in the past. Why not the govt of the day provide a score card about what is happening on these agendas that were created earlier.
The minster wants commissions through secretaries. Any file in secretary can not move unless you pay bribe to the clerks. If you need to legalize any certificate in Secretary( example, marriage certificate, birth certificate, degree certificates), one has to pay bribe first and then run 10 times to these offices to get your things right.
Similarly, if some is retiring in this age, the clerks in different office, next higher offices, then in Accountant General office, he/she to pay bribe to move your pension documents. One has to run for months or years to get the pension.
It is a very pathetic story. One can see the exactly true advertisement of Bharati AXA on pension.
The corruption is there in bottom as well as top level. But most of the clerks in Govt. offices are definitely involved it. They took bribe and pass to their higher officers. The way to eraditc the corruption is termination from Govt. job. Not the suspension !!! Because after suspension, they will go to court and all of we know the legal system has several loop holes where black turn to white by people like KAPIL SIBAL !!!
