all private companies and its employees are corrupted
by rohit rath on Feb 06, 2011 11:19 AM

they are the ones who started corruption they are the ones who give kickbacks to get things done and even evade taxes. The sole reasons of huge corruption is thriving privatization, there is no accountability no proper audit no guiding principles. Pvt sector should be given stringent guidelines code of conduct n operating rules. they should be made to pay tax much in advance so they any irregularity can be traced within specific timelines. Each and every pvt company and employees' salaries perks should be scrutinized. The money they amassed does not come heaven they loot country's resources first to fill their coffer.

black money funds elections. he's called spade a spade. he's right, and we all know the truth. its about time we stopped all the pretense, and give the political process a much needed reform. let it all be done transparently, and we will see less number of criminals. if there's all black money - then only criminals will shine through

Like people really need the likes of Bajaj to tell them that "Black" money rules this stinking poverty-stricken land of filth and squalor.
The Bombay Club was, has been and still is, the biggest culprits - and everyone knows who they are. Corruption is the grease that keeps wheels of business in this fetid land turning.

In one of the seminars , I was told that at least 49 inspectors visit a factory every year for inspection as per various rules/acts of the Govt.
All these inspectors come mainly for gifts in kind & cash .
Otherwise they can be a clog in the wheel , harass and a nuisance factor .
Any comments , please ?

I run a medical shop and Drug Inspectors come to inspect and every shop owner pays Rs 500 in a cover or else a simple mistake he could turn into a big problem leading to suspension of licence. Nevertheless in my life eventhough born and brought up in Bihar, I never ever paid bribe and had to feel the heat during one such inspection . Yet it seemed me better to face the situation boldly instead succumbing to pressure.

black money and corruption is there in all socialist setup
by Khadus Khiladi on Feb 03, 2011 02:56 AM

Humans are selfish by nature to think that they will give what they have to the have-nots is a delusion. A small minority might. Excess taxes are to fund govt programs and bloated bureaucracy. So people trying to avoid it is no big sin.
