Twelve persons in India Have 90% of Income Arrears as per the C & A G report and these arrears are said to be "Unrealisable"it is pertinent to ask why our Income tax officials failed to raise the demand and recover the amount in time? If it is under appeal or litigation why these cases could be expedited and whether the delay could be attributed to the slackness of the department or it is a willful delay for any gain . Government should investigate in depth the reasons for the delay including whether any political interference was there and punish the culprits so as to avoid its recurrence. It appears such a thing can happen only in our Nation !Government owes an explanation to people as people's money is /was cornered by a few individuals in collusion of government officials/politicians,.
It is still a question whether the best user of money is the Government or the individuals. If it is the individuals tax rate must be reduced to that extent which is sufficient so that the tax collected is best used by the Govt for productive purposes and the rest of the money be with the people who can use it for productive purposes thereby creating wealth and necessary food items so that the goods are sufficiently available and price rise is controlled. So, we have man power and they are to be used to create wealth and services for which the individuals are best users of the money.Let the paper be with the people so that it can be used to create necessary items to serve more and more people.

Yes unless there is a freedom struggle, not necessarily mahatma type fake movement, there will be NO recovery of the trillions of dollars from the looters and agents, what a shame that rss,vhp and bjp leaders and even anna and patriots are silent or sleeping on this matter for past 50 years and more , what a shame! we are such a Banana Republic,right,folks???

May be they are benami account holders of our crooked rulers and dynasty and that is why our justice syatem and enforcement agencies doing nothing to confiscate their assets,surely!
