From age old days Telco,Tisco,SAIL etc etc never asked any employees to go home for disability occurred while in service or never refused any longterm healthcare;always encouraged all for various sports with all facilities......what all these NONSENSE propaganda by the name of American Companies....these are mentality of keeping slaves and as if giving them some mercy of fresh air.

this shows clear Indian mind, with no disturbance, a father having wealth display shows the imbibe of his own and later his children, situation is very bad in every aspect in this world, what is to be told out, what not to be?
Who are the american, a colonies of UK eng. and mix of African migradiants, they are not really a basic growned people, they do not have basic thought of good business which supports every one in world
Most of these companies discriminates employees who work outside US. For example Computer Associates do not give same facilities to Indian employees, what they give at their American site.
Medical care which is so extended, health care systems, ESOPS, career planning.......TODAY\'S mnc\'S are just so much in to employee care and job satisfaction......government jobs is a noway for me atleast..... suradeep nath
