LAND
by daytime saint on Aug 17, 2011 11:24 AM  | Hide replies

If I had invested 1 lakh in land in 2002 (in a reasonable location), it would have been 9-10 lakhs by now. Land to me is the most solid of investments

Yes but the issue is that you cannot buy any piece of land anywhere for 1 lakh. Land requires more money for investment and the other issue with it is liquidity

system of developing

it is a very simpale logic it need not explain about that because you know we know those which are all the time at developing stage and therefore give all the time full fedge satisfaction as its valuation ratio goes up > 1, for example james & jewellary , land, but there could exit a common problem , as all are not in the same category and therefore are deprived of buying that , so in the case the goverment should make as such plan which could give a long term satisfaction at developing, however at present mri-scheme, nsc of post-office,ppf,capital bonds etc. they are all not to give as much as satisfaction as thinking as ,all are depending on the market condition , so our goverment should invent such schems which are not dependable on that, they are capable independently to go up on their volume at developing

thats exactly where we require RSS like organisations or Pandit deendayal Upadhyay like persons who strongly believed that the western type education we are relying will not give us realisation our ancient glory. We need to study science, history from Indian perspective!
