the bottom 5 of the list seem to be around 2 million dollars, which as I understand should be around 9 crores as per current exchange rate. Now arnt most of the high profile Indian weddings more costly than this. I read every other day that some business tycoon invited a dozen celebrities to dance at the wedding. So wouldn this kinda wedding run a bill of more than $2 mil. Just m estimation, what do you guys think?

No one spends on weddings than the average indian family. YOu have to look at the cost of wedding as a percentage of savings. No one in the world goes broke arranging a wedding for their daughters except indians. Indians are the greediest race. the loudest and the most vulgar race of all
