salary for low level IT workers in India is still very low, especially in these times when inflation is too high. There will always be Indians who are willing to go abroad for bigger money. Those who are returning are those who reached a certian level of income there and beyond that it is not possible for them to achieve because they are indians. Americans have never accepted Indians for high salary jobs, barring some exceptions. We in India still have a fascination for US returned fellows and we give then high positions and high respect even though they were doing just coolie jobs in US. This slave mentality is in our genes. All this high quality research in India is rubbish and superpower claim is also rubbish. We are a 1.2 billion people with 2 trillion economy and US is a 30 crore people with 12 trillion economy, so it means each American is 24 times productive and rich as compared to an Indian. Atleast 90% of the Indians are unfit, undernourished and unskilled with superstitions and dogmas of ancient stone ages. On the military front too we are very weak, just an army of 1 million won't do, what about our airforce or ICBM capabilities ? A very small part of population in India is its cream and majority is fit only for counting only. India should aim for 10 crores population, each individual well nourished, well trained and well protected by social security.

Those NRIs Now Returning Indians doing mnagement or IT or engineering jobs in the U.S. when they go back to India, they were promoted to senior manager or senior IT engineer. Right now there are over one million skilled immigrants and their families in the USA, waiting for green cards. They are stuck in immigration limbo, and if you're an Indian in particular, there are probably about 400,000 Indians waiting for green cards. Only 8,400 per year are given, which means they could be waiting a long time for a green card.
It is proven again and again that India is the most safest country on earth on a normal living conditions - after all, we all work for living and what is the use where there is only work and no living? Its good to make our own rules here than following the west's..

The correct sentence should be like this "INDIA IS THE SAFEST COUNTRY FOR ALL THE CRIMINALS, TERRORIST, SMUGGLERS, SCAMMERS, RAPISTS, CHILD ABUSERS, HUMAN TRACKERS - PLEASE COME BACK" May be, you are still NOT aware of the Terrorists who are enjoying our hospitality in our country, Criminals who are enjoying the presentship, ministership, legislatorship, etc. In that sense, you are 100% corrrect after adding my words.

safst place to live ? the last time I was there there were people driving like animals on the road honking and no respect for pedestrian lights or signals , people beat up some stall guy from the up , some people were agitating sitting on roads, people were spittin any where on the streets , disgusting only a reject wud leave the west to go back
